William Bullock, General Manager
Bill Bullock, Turbosteam’s General Manager, brings over fifteen years experience in management, strategy, business development, and engineering in the energy sector. Prior to joining Turbosteam, Bill was responsible for strategy and business development at Alstom Power in Windsor, Connecticut. Bill previously worked at Trigen Energy Corporation, where he developed projects utilizing combined heat and power production to reduce overall energy use and costs at industrial and institutional customers. Bill also has been a consulting engineer at Sargent & Lundy in Chicago, Illinois, where he worked on optimizing energy assets around the world.
Bill has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Masters of Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Anthony Facchetti, PE, Field Service Manager
Anthony Facchetti is Turbosteam’s Field Service Manager. Tony has been with Turbosteam since 1997 and has performed startup and commissioning services for over 95 customers, representing generating capacity of more than 109 megawatts of on-site power.
Tony has experience with all facets of steam turbine generator-set startup and commissioning, including alignment, steam pipe reaction checks, field wiring verification and control system programming, tuning and functional testing.
Tony holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts and is a registered professional engineer in Massachusetts.
Kimberly Garcia, Sales Manager
Kimberly Garcia is Turbosteam's Sales Manager. Having been with
Turbosteam Corporation since 2001, Kimberly has been personally responsible for the design and optimization of over 40 on-site power projects—totaling more than 40 megawatts—in the commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors. She has expertise in all elements of steam turbine-generator development design, including steam system audits, electrical interconnection review, electric rate analysis, overall techno-economic optimization, and commercial contract negotiation. Before joining Turbosteam, Kimberly was employed as an Industrial Systems Specialist at Spencer Turbine in Windsor, Connecticut.
Kimberly is a veteran of the Massachusetts Air National Guard, where she was an Avionics Technician working on the Thunderbolt II Warthog. She served in Operation Allied Force during the Kosovo crisis in 1999.
Kimberly graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering and a 3rd Engineer's License for Unlimited Tonnage-Steam and Diesel Propulsion from the United States Coast Guard.
Timothy Walsh, PhD, Director of Engineering
Dr. Timothy Walsh is Turbosteam’s Director of Project Management. Tim has unparalleled experience in the design of thermal-fluid systems, controls systems, and electrical systems. Since 2001, Tim’s accomplishments have included the detailed engineering, design, construction, and project management of over 50 systems capable of generating 61 megawatts of on-site power for Turbosteam customers.
Tim has more than 30 years of experience in the electric power industry, including work in the utility, industrial, municipal, and nuclear sectors.
Dr. Walsh holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in electrical engineering, all from Carnegie Mellon University. He is also a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Massachusetts.
